The Justice Council

The justice institutions operate independent legally, administratively, and financially from all other institutions and offices. It operates under the principle that all defendants are innocent until proven guilty. 

Its co-presidency are elected from among its members, and the Justice Council establishes and organizes the justice institutions, their competencies and how to modify and develop them, and administer the affairs of judges in coordination with the justice councils in the autonomous regional administrations.
